Loyalty/Reward program Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the Nailmaster.co website and all content, services, and products available at or through the website, including, but not limited to the Nailmaster application. Our Services are offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including, without limitation, NailMaster’s Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time by NailMaster co LLC (collectively, the "Agreement"). You agree that we may automatically upgrade our Services, and these Terms will apply to any upgrades.
We use the term “Designated Countries” to refer to Australia, Canada, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, and all countries located in the European continent. If you reside in the “Designated Countries,” your agreement is with Nailmaster co LLC. If you reside outside of the “Designated Countries,” your agreement is with NailMaster co LLC
We refer to NailMaster co LLC collectively as “NailMaster” or “we” throughout this agreement.
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using our Services. By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to become bound by the Terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the Terms of this Agreement, then you may not access or use any of our Services. If these Terms are considered an offer by NailMaster, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms.
Our Services are not directed to children. Access to and use of our Services is only for those over the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Union). If you are younger than this, you may not register for or use our Services. Any person who registers as a user or provides their personal information to our Services represents that they are 13 years of age or older (16 years or older in the European Union).
Use of our Services requires a NailMaster account. You agree to provide us with complete and accurate information when you register for an account. You will be solely responsible and liable for any activity that occurs under your username. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
Information on how to participate forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By participating, claimants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Claimants must comply with these Terms & Conditions for a reward to be valid. Reward points has no cash value. Deals may not be combined with other offer. Reward Points may subject to change or cancellation at any time. Void where prohibited. Points cannot be transfer or gifted to another individual account. Any previous reward programs has been voided.
NailMaster co LLC Rewards program is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited. This program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use NailMaster co LLC Rewards under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. Each claimant is entitled to one reward per accommodation establishment. Rewards are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other coupons,any other offer, discounts, or promotions offered by Nail Master co LLC.
Each reward is uniquely identified by the salon who uses the services of Nail Master co LLC and has different values. The claimant can redeem the reward desired during the payment transaction phase whilst being bound by the conditions linked to the redemption of the reward. To redeem a reward, the claimant must deal with the salon or who issued the reward. NailMaster co LLC is not liable for the reward at any time and can suspend use of rewards as we deem necessary. If the claimant fails to redeem the reward at the during the specified ending and starting date, the reward will not be eligible for use. Rewards may not be claimed after confirmation of a claimant's use. Rewards cannot be replaced if lost and not transferable to another account under the Nail Master application or services.
If a reward is used (in accordance with the cancellation policy) is cancelled at a later stage by the claimant, the reward will no longer be valid.The reward is not necessarily valid for all periods of the year. There may be periods, for which the reward may not be usable.
Nail Master co LLC accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected email or other communications. Nail Master co LLC assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then Nail Master co LLC may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the reward at any time.
Nail Master co LLC reserves the right to discontinue a reward at any time.Nail Master co LLC is shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using the coupon, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. If you do not agree to the Terms of Conditions, you must stop participating in Nail Master co LLC rewards program.
